                         Jimmy’s Garlic Spread is the creation of Jim Sims. Sims has successfully taste marketed the product in grocery stores by passing out chunks of toasted French bread lavished with the spread. Having had the opportunity to visit with a lot of people, Sims says there is one thing he hears over and over again, “This stuff is addicting.” Coincidentally, that’s why he created the garlic spread.

                         As the story goes, years ago Sims found “the absolute best garlic bread” at a California restaurant, became “addicted” to it and just had to duplicate the taste. After mixing, adjusting, and taste-testing batch after batch, Sims finally concocted the present product.

                         Jimmy’s Garlic Spread is a blend of all-natural ingredients of palm oil margarine, oregano, three cheeses - - Parmesan, Sharp Cheddar and Romano - - and of course, just a jolt of Garlic.

                         Although Jimmy’s Garlic Spread does make the best garlic bread around, the spread is not limited to garlic bread alone. Simply heated, it can be used as a sauce for fish and seafood, tossed with pastas and rice or drizzled over steamed vegetables.
